Plotting 3d Arrows

Description

Sage can plot an arrow in 3D as a combination of a cylinder and a cone using the arrow3d command. The command takes the following arguments:
*start: a 3-tuple declaring the point the arrow starts at
*end: a 3-tuple declaring the point the arrow ends at
